Cheney and Gonzalez INDICTMENTS......DISMISSED

And almost as quickly as it started, the indictments against Dick Cheney, Albert Gonzales, State Senator Eddie Lucio Jr. and two district judges have been dismissed.

Mr. Rocha practiced intellectual property litigation in the Houston office of Jenkens & Gilchrist P.C. His practice centered on disputes concerning patent infringement, trademark opposition and cancellation, copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation. In 2004, Mr. Rocha began his solo practice as principal of The Rocha Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Rocha has an active practice providing legal services to small business owners and entrepreneurs. His areas of practice include business formations, contract law, intellectual property and civil litigation.

Mr. Rocha has experience dealing with lawsuits related to contract disputes, real estate issues, trade secrets and employment issues. Mr. Rocha represents clients in lawsuits when they sue individuals or companies as well as when his clients are sued by individuals and companies.
